Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or exchanges for the safety of our customers. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds & Replacements
We only refund/replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Fabric print placement may vary slightly from the listing images and is not considered a defect. If you are requesting a refund or replacement, please fill out the Contact Us form or reach us by email at StretchyScrubCaps@gmail.com. You will be asked for pictures of the defect and pictures of the packaging if your item arrived damaged. Since our products are handmade in small batches, the print/size may not be available for replacement. In this case, you may choose a new print or request a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Processing times for when the refund reaches your account will vary based on payment method/financial institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
